Superstar Krishna is one of the living legends of Tollywood and has given exceptional performances in around 330 films in his long film career. He –performed various characters all over his career and one role which had got him a special recognition was his role in the movie ‘Encounter’.
Krishna had played the role of Naxalite leader in thispicture and the movie was very well esteemed by movie critics as well as common audience. N Shankar has directed this movie and he was significantly called as ‘Encounter Shankar’ after the release of this movie. The shooting of this movie took place in forest regions of Talakona, Vikarabad and Thettu.
Roja and Ramesh Babuhad played other vital roles in the movie and Superstar Krishna himself was the producer and made this movie on his home banner ‘Padmalaya studios’. Music for this film was composed by VandemataramSreenivas.
