Jayam Manade Raa (జయం మనదేరా) is a Telugu action drama film, which was bank rolled by D.Suresh Babu on his own banner, Suresh Productions. This movie was made by N. Shankar in the year 2000. Featuring Venkatesh Daggubati, Soundarya, Bhanupriya in main roles and tunes was composed by famous music director Vandemataram Srinivas. This movie is noted as blockbuster at box-office. The movie was a largest introductory grosser in Telugu Film Industry at the time of its release. The movie was dubbed in Bollywood by the name 'Dum Man Of Power'. Even this picture was remade in Kollywood as ‘Manikanda’.
Abhiram (Venkatesh Daggubati) is an amusing man residing with his mother and father in London, UK. A group of eight people gained the competition of Thumps up that gave these people a chance to visit Europe country. Uma (Soundarya) is the competition winner. Abhiram adores Uma and performs as a trip buddy for them through their vacation in Europe. Shy Uma would not say her love to him so she puts a note in Abhiram's answering machine. Abhiram, who listened to the note after Uma comes back from Europe country, calls Uma and have a communication with her. As Soundarya’s father obliges a wedding for her with Jasjit, the younger brother of big villain. Moreover, an equivalent story is moving in that Jasjit and the mob of goons is looking for 'Mahadeva Naidu'. In that time, a gangster chased Abhiram and is saved by Jhansi. The Jhansi’s group clarifies him about his flashback. Abhiram is the spawn of Mahadeva Naidu (Senior Venkatesh), the protector or Dalitulu and browbeaten people of 'Karamchedu'. He enlightened the 'Dalitulu' in that region and senior Venkatesh was slayed by villains, his relatives (Jaya Prakash). During his death Jhansi, (daughter) and Rudrama Naidu (son) are moved away by the deputies of Mahadeva Naidu and saved. Rudrama Naidu, upraised as 'Abhiram', comes to discern about the flashback and remaining movie is how he takes out revenge.
